Cleanliness stood out. the bathroom, although shared, was well-maintained. Proximity to local attractions made exploring easy, and I often walked to places like the British Museum. Free WiFi worked well, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made it quite warm during my stay, and I really felt the heat in the room. The breakfast prices caught me off guard. I ended up paying too much for a basic meal, which felt like a bit of a rip-off. Noise from the hallway and next door was noticeable, especially during the night. A lift would be a nice addition to make maneuvering easier, especially for those with heavy luggage. it’s a nice place if you appreciate character and location, but be prepared for the quirks.

i stayed at the grange and found it quite well located, just a short walk from russell tube station. the free WiFi was decent, and i loved the large, firm bed that made my sleep comfortable. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, too. the receptionist was really polite and helpful! it's perfect for an affordable and clean central spot.

I stayed for a night while catching a show. The location’s perfect, just a stroll to shopping areas. Checked in early without a hitch, and got an upgrade to an en-suite! Room was snug but comfy, though the windows rattled a bit—woke my boyfriend once or twice. Enjoyed a drink at the bar too!
